Welcome to WiBiz Free Tools (freetools.wibiz.ai), operated by WiBiz (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using WiBiz FollowUp, WiBiz Bookings, or WiBiz QuoteTrack, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Scope & Free-Tier Fair Use
Our Free Tools are provided free of charge to help small-business operators manage daily operational workflows without requiring credit card registration. Each tool includes generous fair-use thresholds to ensure platform stability:
- WiBiz FollowUp: Up to 25 active concurrent customer enquiries/follow-up entries (unlimited completed and archived records). Single user workspace.
- WiBiz Bookings: 1 active booking calendar, 1 primary service type, up to 30 confirmed appointments per calendar month. Single operator.
- WiBiz QuoteTrack: Up to 15 quote estimates generated/downloaded per calendar month. Single business identity.
These limits are designed for small-scale operations. If your business exceeds these thresholds or requires multi-channel automated outreach, CRM integration, or team dispatching, you can explore WiBiz managed automation plans.
2. Tool Nature & Disclaimers
- Operational Aid Only: These tools are lightweight productivity utilities. They do not constitute an enterprise CRM, legal counsel, or financial software.
- Not Formal Tax Invoices: Quotations created in WiBiz QuoteTrack are commercial estimates for your clients. They do not constitute certified tax invoices or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for your invoicing compliance and accounting records.
- Appointment Attendance: WiBiz Bookings provides appointment scheduling; it does not guarantee customer attendance or enforce commercial penalties for no-shows.
- Service Availability: We strive for high uptime and data integrity, but the free services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Free Tools for:
- Sending unsolicited spam, deceptive messages, or harassing communications.
- Storing sensitive health, regulated, or unlawful personal data belonging to third parties without authorization.
- Interfering with system infrastructure, attempting denial-of-service, or automated scraping.
4. Account Termination & Closure
You may stop using the tools and delete your data at any time via the self-service deletion option in each tool's settings. We reserve the right to suspend workspaces that violate acceptable use or attempt malicious system abuse.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
